As a Robotics Engineering Intern at FANUC’s Southeastern Regional Office, I built robotic simulations in FANUC ROBOGUIDE for customer applications, configuring robots with path planning, I/O, and safety settings to ensure precise and reliable operation. I performed maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on industrial robots, enhancing system accuracy and uptime. Additionally, I programmed a few Demos for customers and for FANUC internal use. Due to a signed non-disclosure agreement, I am unable to discuss in detail several customer-specific projects I contributed to during my internship. The video on the right is from early on in my time with fanuc and was a part of the training for the job.
This is a demo I created for a company to show off their vacuum. Their product attaches to one end of the hose and vacuums during the sanding application. They are going to attach their vacuum once it reaches their facility but I programed the robot wrist button to turn their vacuum on and off via a relay.
This is a Demo I created for a company called Air Turbine. This demo was made to show off their products at an the IMTS tradeshow. The customer came in to see the demo and I worked along side them for last minute improvements that they wanted.
The is a demo I created for FANUC to show case ROS2 interaction with their robots. This was created using the official ROS2 drivers from FANUC.
